A Single 57mm (2 1/4") thick piece
Option #2:
2 - 57mm (2 1/4") thick pieces
Option #3:
3 - 57mm (2 1/4") thick pieces
Option #4:
4 - 57mm (2 1/4") thick pieces
Remember, you will need to insert these on an angle, to accommodate for the box dimensions, see picture below:
