The bottom consists of 1 piece at 57mm, & 1 piece at 30mm to bring the foam flush to the top of the box.
You can adhere the 2 pieces of foam together using either SpeedTape or contact adhesive.
If you choose to purchase the lid, it is 30mm thick (1 1/8")
